VAT and invoices
Prices are shown including 25% Swedish VAT. Business customers inside the EU with a valid VAT number can be invoiced reverse-charge; ask before ordering. Every invoice states the organisation's F-skatt approval and, once the VAT registration is complete, the VAT number.
Dispute resolution
EU consumers can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Swedish consumers can also turn to Konsumentverket / Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). Writing to the address above is faster than either.
